The mobile feeder is a high-performance truck unloader with proven reliability for continues process industries. It receives bulk material directly from tipping trucks and front-end loader, providing a buffer capacity.
Installed above ground, it’s a flexible alternative to traditional underground hoppers with no need for deep pits and expensive civil engineering works. Using a wide belt design principle, any material may be reliably conveyed without the risk of bridging or blockage.
The material feeder can be used as a standalone reception unit or can be configured as part of a conveying system permitting efficient transfer of dry bulk materials from source to onward processing.
It can convey a multitude of bulk materials where fixed plants are not an option.

Packed with features that are unmatched such as remote-controlled use, modular drums, drum cleaner & electronic systems to monitor & control aspects of the Trommel. The Trommel provides an advantage in screening as the can handle large rocks for sea defense and Rip-Rap. They’re also effective in cleaning clay bound rock and rocks mixed with other sticky materials, they can be used as static Trommels or mobile and can be purchased with different bases.
The M412 Track Trommel is ideal for screening from light material all the way up to recycling demolition waste. This machine can also operate in the quarry, cleaning dirty material up to 500mm (20”) in height. it comes complete with fold out stockpiling conveyors and is ideal for moving around the quarry and from one site to the next.
The M515 Track Trommel is perfect for cleaning dirty material and can handle rocks up to 800 mm (32”) in size. it comes complete with fold out stockpiling conveyors and is ideal for moving around the quarry and from one site to the next.
The M615 Modular Trommel is capable of screening material at the rate of approximately 500 tons per hour with a max rock size of 750 mm (30”). It is ideal for use in cleaning dirty rock or screening blasted material. With 3 possible configurations, our modular trommel covers many applications. The M615 comes with 4 splits as standard.
The M820 is a large, heavy duty rock trommel, capable of screening rock up to 1m (40”) in size at approximately 750 tons per hour. It is ideal for use in cleaning dirty rock or screening blasted material. With 3 possible configurations, our modular trommel covers many applications. The M820 comes with 3 or 4 splits.
M820R Recycling Trommel
The M820R is a heavy duty recycling trommel ideal for concrete and demolition waste. Its heavy-duty screens are 15 mm (0.6”) thick steel. Apertures can range from 10 to 250 mm (0.4” to 10”). With 2 and 3 split options, this is the perfect trommel for heavy waste separation.
The M825 trommel is a mega heavy duty machine that can handle rocks up to 1.5 m (5 ft.) in size. This static trommel is perfect as a primary screener for material direct from the blast. The hopper can be loaded by dump trucks and the output is up to 1000 tons per hour. Also available with this trommel as an option, is a hydraulic rock breaker.
Our telescopic radial and link conveyors are efficient and cost-effective ways of stockpiling material as they create large volume stockpile with NO SEGREGATION. They offer 30% more stockpile capacity on the same footprint when stockpiling in a trapezoidal shape compared to using standard conveyors
A newly patented German designed and manufactured conveyor belt skirting system which hovers freely above the conveyor belt, eliminating skirt friction & belt damage.
Its unique array of inward facing hardened steel diagonal blades, deflects large particles inward while it uses the airflow of the conveyor belt and conveyed material to create an inward suction, flowing any dust and fine particles back into the product flow.
DustScrape cover Installed above the conveyor belt, the filter cloth retains dust particles created by conveyed materials, while remaining permeable to circulate air.
The filter cloth is specifically designed to retain dust particles and is durable, maintenance-free. Easy installation and manufactured in any size and it has antistatic properties.
